The site has around 70 different restaurants and chains that are being viewed and used by 6000 members (end users) currently based in Limassol and Nicosia. We are now planning on expanding our services to Paphos, Larnaca & Ag Napa.

To give you an idea on how the system works for the online ordering process. When a user registers and becomes a member at www.pino.com.cy, they set up an account by adding an address for receiving delivery. They can add as many addresses as they like and they will be stored on the system. They may have a Work Address, Home Address and a Friends Address. Once they login and select the service Delivery, they then pick the address they want to receive their order. The system automatically shows the restaurants that offer a delivery service to that specific address.
The end user can order from as many restaurants simultaneously, once the order is submitted, it is sent directly to all the restaurants individually.
The restaurants will receive the order via internet which will have an audio alert that will not stop until the order is approved.
The computer is usually set up at the call centre of the restaurant, where the live order status page is open ready to receive the orders. The live order status page, auto refreshes every 20 seconds and if it has not been accepted within 3 minutes the sound alert starts to play.

Once the order has been opened, it will display all customer details: Name, address, mobile and LAN line. The order will be displayed in a form of an invoice that may also have additional notes at the bottom.

Online Menu & Contact Details:
With this package we can offer an online categorised menu, with all contact details, addresses and opening times. You can also display what services you offer, such as Take – Away or Delivery or weather you accept reservations.

People will have the ability to see the services you provide and also have the ability to view your menu, prices and any special offers you may have.

Online Interactive Menu & Contact Details:
With this package we can offer an online interactive menu, with all contact details, addresses and opening times. This service is suitable for company’s who offer a Take Away or Delivery service. Whether you provide delivery in house or whether you cooperate with a 3rd party delivery service, this service can be implemented.

People will have the ability to order items from your menu tailoring their order as they wish. For example, if a menu item is served medium, spicy or hot then the und user can choose these options. If ingredients can be added or removed, the user can also make these selections.
